Pharmaco Economics Analysis of COVID-19 Vaccines in Ukraine

Aims: To evaluate pharmacoeconomics for the vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine and analyze cost-effectiveness in Ukraine.
 Study design: we have analyzed using models economics coronavirus vaccine.
 Place duration study: Sample: population Ukraine, data used from official website Ministry Health, Ukraine. April - May 2021
 Methodology: We transmission model to strategy. Data were collected sources. structured an age group evaluating high transmitters. Four strategies organized analyzing cost-effective strategy everyone, no vaccination, old only, transmitters’ vaccination.
 Results: country specific Ukraine depends upon pandemic country. Vaccinating older people was found be economically effective In these study influences discount rate analysis on QALY done. When vaccinate, ratio 8.8% higher than elderly. This suggests that vaccinating first elderly would not so cost-effective. While doubling cost vaccine, if is available early with scenario pre-existing immunity has shifted transmitters Ukraine
 Conclusion: conclude our pharmacoeconomic research economically.
